The Pivot Strategy - Healthy Aging

With Dr. Besuden's video content going viral multiple times, we noticed a pattern - her content related to the topic 'healthy aging' was getting more traction that the other topics she was talking about.

That's when we knew what our next step was - Re-position Dr. Besuden as a Healthy Aging Coach! And this aligned perfectly well with her lifestyle, routine & values as she's also a multi-time national cycling champion and trains regularly to achieve peak performance for her races.

This strategy was going to be a game-changer for her personal brand & her business. After 3 weeks of working towards putting down an action plan, we decided to keep her focus as a healthy aging coach on Facebook & Instagram and align her LinkedIn strategy to have a 40% focus on Healthcare Coaching & 60% focus on Healthy Aging Coach as LinkedIn has a bigger audience of healthcare professionals in comparison to other platforms.

To align with her new brand positioning, we designed a New Logo, created a New Website and re-aligned her offerings accordingly.
